Bio-instrumentation Industry Talk with SPIE & Edmund Optics

With more than two decades of experience in the life science industry, Dr. Randall Hinton has served both technical and operational roles at Edmund Optics.

He will join SPIE in a discussion about:
- career opportunities in biomedical instrumentation,
- various technical and research-oriented roles available in the industry,
- the process of developing new products, and
- examples of how electro-optical products are utilized in research and imaging systems.

For students building their own biomedical devices, Dr. Hinton will also go over case studies where Edmund Optics have sponsored products for lab instrumentation projects and discuss whether such sponsorship could apply to the student's work.
