This series will consist of a salon discussion, where Dr. Paul Spiegel will talk about how responsibilities for refugees' health care shifted during the Russian war against Ukraine. One week later, you will have the opportunity to engage in a thrilling debate, arguing whether "local governments and organizations should be the sole provider of health care for refugees".
