Date and Location: April 8th at 10am, 111 Park Avenue. *Optional pre-tour breakfast to be held at 9am at the Johns Hopkins Harbor East Campus.

Attendees: The Real Estate Group (“TREG”) at Johns Hopkins University will organize a group of 10-20 students from JH and other real estate clubs from local schools to tour the Sojourner Place at Park Avenue development.

Goal: This tour will provide students insight into the various aspects of developing affordable housing including site selection, construction, unit distribution among income levels, services rendered by the site, how the developer uses LIHTC funding to build their capital stack.
