Design for America is a student-led organization focused on building a community of practice for human-centered design (HCD) principles at Carey Business School. We run workshops, information sessions, and full-scale design projects throughout the school year, both independently and in partnership with other student orgs and departments. We host multiple projects every year. Each project starts with an application and will work through the design process with a team and partner. Typically, each person spends about 3-5 hours/week during a project.
Our goal is to solve complex problems with a human-centered solution. The only way to do that is build coalitions with the unique experience of each individual. Get involved soon!
