Curiosity conversations help us shift from transactional networking interactions to reciprocally supportive relationship development, a vital career readiness skill in a market where 80% of jobs obtained are through a hidden network. Exposure to the others' journeys has the added benefit of exposing you to new ideas and helping you design your own. Such conversations are so imperative to the life design and career readiness process, both from an explorative and prototyping perspective. The Life Design Lab encourages students to conduct 4-5 curiosity conversations each year of their education.
