15-minute virtual mentor sessions available for JHU Whiting students with JHU alum. Alum can assist students with advice on resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, or other career-related questions.
Participating JHU Alum:
Akash Ray (BS BME, MSEM) is a Lead Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Chenfei Li (BS, MSEM) works in Data Analytics at Meta.
Danny Dembner (BS ME, MS ME) works as an engineering group supervisor at the JHU Applied Physics Lab.
Eric Jabart (BS BME, MS ChemBE, PhD Bioeng) is Director, Product Applications at Bruker Cellular Analysis.
Saicharan Balamurali (BS ME & MS Robotics) is a Software Engineer at MathWorks.

You’re invited to join Bloomberg for an in-person competition where teams of up to 4 use creativity, lateral thinking and teamwork to solve logic puzzles themed to cities around the world!
The first place team @ JHU will win a round trip ticket, and expenses-paid trip to NYC to compete against other university teams in our global competition later this semester!! You must register using the external link to participate.

This event is specifically designed for Whiting School of Engineering graduate students during National Engineers Week. The purpose is to bring together WSE leadership, alumni, and graduate students to network, connect and have fun while exploring the fascinating exhibits at the Maryland Science Center. This event is for graduate students only!
WSE faculty, staff and alumni are welcomed and invited to attend. Wine, beer, and hors d’oeuvres served. All attendees must register.

The Whiting School of Engineering invites you to attend the 14th annual Speed Networking Night. During this event, students will meet with different alumni as they rotate through a series of seven-minute, in-person, one-on-one, speed-networking sessions. These sessions offer students the opportunity to practice their “elevator pitch” and receive feedback on how to improve and make the best possible first impression.
