- The info session will be split into two parts. The first 30 minutes will be focused on educating the students in immigration post graduation, where the speakers will cover the recent immigration changes, visa backlogs for Indian born students as well as alternative immigration pathways beyond OPT and H-1B (for international students of all nationalities). As you may know, the H-1B visa operates through a lottery system and there are no guarantees. Furthermore, for Indian-born nationals, obtaining a green card via the H-1B route can take over 20 years. Hence, the speakers will cover additional pathways to pursue temporary and permanent residency in the U.S for all international students.

- The second part of the info session will be a Q&A. Students will be able to ask questions to speakers. We want to make this as interactive as possible.
