Abdur Rauf Gandapur has been the Country Director of Oxford Policy Management Pakistan for the last fourteen years and has been instrumental in its growth from a four-person small branch office to one of the largest management consulting firms in Pakistan, working with all donors and at all levels of government. An ex-civil servant with a master's degree from Columbia, the London School of Economics, and Middlesex University, he has a thorough understanding of public policy issues with academic grounding.
