UNLEASH 2026: Building For What’s Next is a one-day global business conference co-created by the African Business Club (ABC), Net Impact, and Women in Business (WIB) at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

The conference brings together students, professionals, and thought leaders to explore the intersection of leadership, sustainability, and emerging markets. Through a series of keynote sessions, roundtables, and interactive discussions, participants will engage in conversations that are grounded in real-world challenges and future-facing opportunities.

UNLEASH aims to equip participants with the courage to lead, the clarity to act, and the ability to contribute meaningfully across industries and borders. By fostering dialogue across diverse perspectives, the conference positions Carey as a hub for global business engagement and next-generation leadership development.
