Join the Brothers of the Sigma Sigma Chapter as we participate in this commemorative service project in honor of Lt. Richard Collins, an ROTC candidate from Bowie State University who was the victim of a despicable hate crime in 2017. Volunteer efforts will make a difference in addressing the food apartheid issue in the Sandtown/Upton community.
