Do you want to improve your well-being but find it difficult to get started or stay consistent? Achieving success at JHU shouldn't come at the expense of your health and happiness. Join Well-Being Coach Carol and other JHU learners for Group Coaching this semester to help you balance your goals of achievement with supporting your well-being. Common topics include (but aren't limited to) time management, building confidence, movement/ physical activity, getting good sleep, and eating habits. To create a supportive group environment and help you develop new habits, it is recommended to attend at least 3 sessions but you are welcome to sign up for any number of sessions.
Group Coaching is held in SON Carpenter B room except on 3/9, the location is SON N130/140.
