Re-Registration Updates

The  Office of Leadership Engagement and Experiential Development is reviewing and approving re-registration submissions.  Please ensure you are checking your Hopkins Groups chat often so that you can respond to all requests. Requests for changes that do not receive a response within 48 hours will be denied.

We appreciate your patience if you have emailed the studentorgs@jhu.edu and have not received a response just yet.  We are working through all of the re-registration questions and student org requests as quickly as we can.  If something seems urgent, please resend your email or call the LEED office at 410-516-4873.

Re-Registration FAQs

Q: How can I find my re-registration submission?
A: Only the officer that submitted the re-registration form can access it again.  To locate your form, log in to Hopkins Groups >> click the Home Page >> click three horizontal lines to pull up the menu >> click "My Activity Menu">> click "My Surveys/Forms."  Locate the appropriate form, then click "Edit" on the right.

Q: My group has been deactivated because we did not submit re-registration, what should we do?
A: Email studentorgs@jhu.edu about your situation.

Q: I was not able to attend the RSO 101 and/or RSO Finance 101 training for my organization, what should I do next?
A:
The LEED office is pulling data to confirm attendance.  Once that happens, LEED staff will reach out to leaders who still need to complete this component of re-registration to share details about the next steps.
