RSO DEADLINES

The deadline to submit new Purchasing and Reimbursement Requests is May 3rd. 
All Purchasing and Reimbursement Request must be submitted 10 days prior to the last day of final exams—May 14th.  

Deadline to submit all your final receipts for reimbursement: May 14th.
Student Leadership and Involvement will not process any reimbursements beyond this deadline, so please plan accordingly. Please make sure your summer mailing address is up to date or your check will be sent to the wrong address! 

Deadline to submit Vendor Payments, Account Transfers, Deposits, etc.: May 14th 
All financial transaction requests must be submitted to the Office of Student Leadership and Involvement by May 14th. This is important because once the JHU fiscal year ends we will not be able to process any transactions that happened in the 2020-2021 school year.  

Spring 2021 In-Person Event Registration Deadline

The deadline to register in-person, both indoors and outdoor, events for the remainder of the spring 2021 semester is Monday, April 19, 2021.  Any events submitted after that date will not be considered. Please remember that events in person must be submitted 10 business days in advance. 
 

Fall 2021 Room Reservations

Scheduling will open for all registered student organizations’ weekly meetings and special events on April 26, 2021, for the upcoming Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 academic year. Any requests submitted before April 26th for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022 semesters will not be accepted or processed and will need to be resubmitted. Please submit all requests through your Hopkins Groups student organization portal.

Please note: All events and meetings will be subject to the current University COVID guidelines, such as handwashing, masking, social distancing, etc. All requests must be submitted no less than 10 BUSINESS days before your event date. Confirmations for each request will be sent in mid-August of 2021.

JHU Graduate School Bootcamp - May 20-21!

Join the Life Design Lab for its first ever graduate school bootcamp on May 20th and 21st from 10am-4pm EST each day. This virtual two-day event will help students gain insights and skills needed to launch their graduate school career with expert advice from faculty, professionals, and current graduate students. The programming will consist of hour-long panels on a variety of topics throughout the day. Sessions will be useful to students considering grad school, applying in the future, or already admitted.

Life Design Summer Institute is HAPPENING!

Stay tuned for more information regarding our second year of Life Design Summer Institute offerings! Join us for a 2-week, 4-week, or 8-week session to consider your personal views, design thinking mindsets, and to craft three versions of your possible lives. Past participants said that this experience really changed the way they viewed their Hopkins experience and beyond! We believe it can have the same impact for you too.
