About Us
The Orthopaedic Surgery Interest Group aims to educate and engage medical students about the field of orthopaedic surgery. Our mission is to connect students with faculty and residents for mentorship, and provide hands-on experiences to build early clinical skills. We value collaboration, professional development, and exposure to the diverse subspecialties within orthopaedics. Through workshops, lectures, and mentorship programs, we strive to prepare students for success in orthopaedic surgery and to foster enthusiasm for the field. We welcome participation from all interested JHSOM students, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other identity.
