Meeting Information
At the start of each semester, sign up for volunteering days on the Volunteering Signup Sheet. We recommend keeping a consistent weekly schedule (ex. every Tuesday) to help the students get to know you!
On your volunteering day, meet the leader of the day outside the Barnes and Noble entrance (on the corner of Saint Paul Street and East 33rd Street) by 3:45pm.
Volunteering will last approximately from 3:45pm - 5:30pm, including the time walking to and from campus. Montebello Elementary & Middle School is around 15 minutes away by foot from Barnes and Noble.
All members must complete the Background Check and Training before volunteering every semester. For information on this, click on the Training tab at the top of this page.

Attendance Policy
Email Hop Help (hophelps@gmail.com) with the leader of the day CC'd on the email at least eight hours before you meet on your volunteering day to be excused. If you don't message us beforehand, you will be unexcused.
Three unexcused absences or five excused absences will make you an Inactive Member for the semester.
Members who are registered with Hop Help on HopkinsGroups/CampusGroups and volunteer during the semester are considered Active Members. If a member stays an Inactive Member for two semesters, membership may be revoked.
