Here are the challenge rules:
• All participants must sign up here in Hopkins Groups.
• Complete a well-being activity of your choice (examples include movement, mindfulness, nutrient dense eating, sleep, workshops and so much more).
• Submit a short reflection for each activity: https://forms.office.com/r/rnThQ1cvmT

If you would like to talk with a staff member about how to choose an activity or healthy habit to focus on during the challenge and what to do, you can explore health and well-being coaching here: https://wellbeing.jhu.edu/HealthPromotion/services/well-being-coaching/

All participants will be invited to the Welcome to Well-Being celebration on October 22nd.
Each time you submit a reflection for a well-being activity, you'll earn an entry into a raffle for exciting prizes at the celebration.You will also see the impact of health and well-being behaviors on academic and interpersonal success.

Welcome to Well-Being Kick-Off

Learn about the 30-Day Well-Being Challenge where everyone can win. Recreation & Health Promotion will host tabling, fitness demos and answer question about this 30-day health and well-being challenge that provides lots of options for you to cultivate healthy habits, think about behavior change, and consider how movement, mindfulness, and many other aspects of well-being can support your academic and other interpersonal goals. This kick-off event is just the beginning. Attending the kick-off is not required to participate in the challenge.

Come join a free F45 demo at 10AM and 11:30 AM on the Rec Center Terrace. (Membership is not required).
