A collaborative, multi-part experience exploring how culture, identity, and wellness intersect with leadership, professional growth, and community impact.

This experience will feature two signature panel discussions:

Panel I: Cultural Capital in Corporate Spaces
A candid conversation exploring how multicultural professionals leverage their identities and cultural insights to lead, innovate, and navigate corporate environments with authenticity.

Panel II: For the People: Bridging Community and Institutional Power
A dynamic dialogue bringing together leaders across philanthropy, public service, business, and the arts to examine how power moves between institutions and the communities they serve and how we can drive meaningful impact.

Attendees can expect meaningful conversations, opportunities to connect across organizations, and moments of empowerment and reflection.
