About Us

The Muslim Business Students Association (MBSA) is a faith-based student organization that aims to foster greater connectivity and friendship among Muslim students at Carey Business School and beyond, as well as with others at and outside our school. We promote interfaith dialogue, facilitate interaction, and celebrate diversity by organizing religious and cultural events and taking initiatives that increase the understanding, education, and appreciation of Islam. We champion peace, tolerance, environmental stewardship, community service, public health, and human rights. Our club is open to all.

Members Benefits

We offer programs independently and in collaboration with other Carey and Johns Hopkins student groups. Our signature events include Iftar Night and Eid celebrations. In consistent with our aspiration to become a force for DEIB initiatives at Carey, we also help organize relevant training and education programs. Career talks, Halal happy hours, and mentorship and skill-based programs are currently in the pipeline.
