The Judiciary Board has jurisdiction over internal SGA disputes, interpretation of governing documents, and disputes from student organizations recognized by SGA.

The Committee on Student Elections facilitates SGA elections for all elected positions. The Executive and Legislative branches of SGA cannot interfere with CSE processes during the election period, however decisions can be appealed to the Judiciary Board.
