Student Organizations spend a lot of time fundraising each year to supplement the budgets they receive from SAC. We are here to help by providing additional resources, tips, and advice. We have been trained by higher education fundraising professionals, attend regional student fundraising conferences with peer schools, and take educational excursions to learn how philanthropy impacts every corner of Hopkins.
Our goals:
Student Philanthropy Association Ambassadors are representatives for The Hopkins Fund at Johns Hopkins University. Ambassadors will have access to university leadership and alumni and are expected to act in a professional manner while representing the university. As volunteers, ambassadors are encouraged to participate in university-wide development and alumni relations efforts such as reunion, giving days, and young alumni weekend. It is our hope that as ambassadors graduate, they will continue as Homewood Undergraduate Alumni Ambassadors.
