Mission
The African Students Association (ASA) of Johns Hopkins University comprises a group of students of African and non-African descent dedicated to the education of the Hopkins community at large of the different cultures that comprise the African continent. ASA also provides a network of support for African students at Johns Hopkins and serves as a source of information for any member of the Johns Hopkins University community interested in learning about Africa. The African Students Association is a service as well as social organization which aims to rid misconceptions concerning Africa through education.

The Albanian Student Association at Hopkins aims to establish a close-knit Albanian community where members are given the opportunity to connect with fellow Albanians in Baltimore and around the United States. Furthermore, we want to give everyone the opportunity to learn more about the history and traditions of Albanian culture, and also the prospect of learning and/or practicing the Albanian language. Our organization seeks to embrace and promote cultural diversity on campus by raising awareness and educating the Hopkins community about Albania.

The mission of Club Colombia, the Colombian Student Association at The Johns Hopkins University, is to foster a safe environment for all Hopkins undergraduate students to celebrate Colombian culture and identities. In addition, the organization aims to expose the Hopkins community to various important aspects of Colombian society, including current events, politics, economics, social initiatives, and environmental issues, among many others. Finally, the organization will work toward connecting members with the Latinx and/or South American community in Baltimore through volunteering opportunities or other events.

The Washington Metropolitan Area has the largest population of Ethiopians and Eritreans in the nation; however, these two groups are underrepresented on the Johns Hopkins University campus. EESA seeks to bridge the gap between the strong local Ethiopian and Eritrean community and the JHU community. Through cultural awareness, education, service, and camaraderie, EESA aims to provide a safe haven for its members as well as JHU students interested in learning about the culture.

HSC provides a forum for JHU students to learn more about the ideals and practices of Hinduism, through weekly prayer, holiday celebrations, and community outreach. HSC not only aims to foster peace, harmony, and spiritual progress through Hinduism, but also embraces all religions as paths towards universal spirituality.

Inter-Asian Council (IAC) is the umbrella organization for Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) clubs on campus and serves as a medium for APIDA groups at Hopkins to collaborate and to work together towards shared goals and causes. Past events have involved showcases/campaigns that promote discussion of APIDA identity and challenges facing the APIDA community, collaborations with other groups (such as the Black Student Union) to build solidarity both within the pan-Asian and greater Hopkins communities, performances featuring prominent pan-Asian entertainers, and pan-Asian cultural events.

Membership Benefits
Members of IAC are expected to meet on a weekly basis (on Mondays) to discuss future events and collaboration with other organizations. Members in IAC also have complete freedom to express their interest in any APIDA related event/topic and are highly encouraged to start their own project/initiative with support from the rest of the board. There are ample opportunities for all members of IAC to gain leadership experience through event programming and outreach with other multicultural organizations on campus. Within IAC, members are encouraged to network through organized socials, coffee dates, and outings.

The mission of the JHU Korean-American Student Association is to provide an inclusive and educational community for those interested in Korean-American culture. We also seek to share, advocate for, and raise awareness of Korean-American issues and culture on campus.

General Body Members are commitment-free and can attend all meetings at their leisure. Committee members are responsible for attending at least 80% of General Body Meetings each semester and volunteering at two or more events per semester. Benefits of becoming a committee member include KASA merch, the opportunity to participate in weekly Executive Board meetings, and eligibility to apply for Executive Board in the upcoming school year.

The purpose of the Pakistani Student Association is to foster a sense of community amongst Pakistani-identifying individuals. The purpose of the Puerto Rican Student Association is to expose the Hopkins community to Puerto Rican culture through events highlighting Puerto Rico's cuisine, traditional festivities, music and dance.

Events on campus include bake sales and fundraisers with typical Puerto Rican foods and to benefit the Puerto Rican and latin community. Other events are parties that imitate different celebrations from across the island such as the Discovery of Puerto Rico, Three Kings' Day and the San Sebastian Street Festival. members of the diaspora, and those within the country to define. We aspire to network with
