ARSH supports full access to comprehensive reproductive and complementary health care services in settings that preserve and protect the essential privacy and rights of each individual; advocates public policies that guarantee these rights and ensure access to such services; and supports access to medically accurate educational programs that enhance understanding of human sexuality.

Alpha Phi is an international organization of women dedicated to fostering an environment of female leadership and support. We take to heart and follow our values of sisterhood, generosity, character and innovation, both in our organization and within the JHU community. We are devoted to our philanthropy, the Alpha Phi Foundation, raising money and educating the general public about the severity of womenÔÇÖs cardiac health. We pride ourselves on having a community of women who are leaders inside and outside the classroom, who help to create a home away from home for the members of our organization.

Our organization offers many opportunities for women to take on leadership roles. The chapter is run by an executive board, comprised of all undergraduate women who are in charge of organizing and creating content for Alpha Phi. These board members are able to attend an annual leadership conference, where they can meet and learn from other Alpha Phi sisters across the world! Once a week, members can expect to attend a meeting for updates on the chapterÔÇÖs upcoming and current events. They will also hear from guest speakers who vary from present chapter members to highly esteemed alumnae to other groups on campus. These speakers educate members on issues such as women in the workforce, sexual assault awareness, mental health awareness, and personal anecdotes about their other campus involvements. This is more than an organization. It is a sisterhood which encourages support of one another through the good times and the bad, whether helping one another with academics or providing much needed support during a rough time.

The Mu Psi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc was found in 1976 on the campus of Johns Hopkins University. We are a collegiate chapter consisting of only undergraduate students bringing the mission of DST to the Hopkins campus and surrounding community.

Delta Xi Phi is a national sorority that has had a charter at Johns Hopkins since 2006. As an organization, we are dedicated to sisterhood, friendship, advancement of women through higher education, increasing multicultural awareness, and community service.

Johns Hopkins University is a campus filled with students and faculty with a great diversity of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Students maintain a sense of acceptance, but tend to form segregated friendships. The founders recognized a need for an opportunity for women to unite and celebrate their diversity. 

Therefore, on June 7, 2003, the Alpha Line "Bixia" was initiated. Vicki R. Nelson, Chinyere Ogbonna, and Monica E. Soderlund became the founders of the Lambda Associate Chapter of Delta Xi Phi Multicultural Sorority, Incorporated at 10:10pm June 7, 2003.

The Ready, Set, Design! program provides introductory engineering experiences for middle school and elementary school girls in the Baltimore area through half-day, weekend programs held at the Johns Hopkins University campus. Our goal is to familiarize young girls with the STEM industry and inspire them to pursue further STEM interests in a creative and educational environment. Girls have the opportunity to design their own prototypes, build models, and run test trials on their designs. This half day event allows girls to experiment with engineering and is intended to serve as an outlet for girls to explore engineering.

The Violet Project has three main aims:

- To make reliable, comprehensive, and easily understandable sexual/reproductive health education accessible to teens and young adults through a digital platform.

- To provide young people in Baltimore City and beyond with sexual and reproductive health services (including condoms, menstrual hygiene products, and self-collect STI testing) free of charge, increasing access and privacy through an online ordering system, and to distribute these products to low-income youth in our clinics as well.

- To engage young people in Baltimore City and beyond with the creation of the Violet Project, elevating their voices and empowering them to learn about their health and encourage their peers do the same.

Voice for Life is the pro-life student organization at Johns Hopkins University and exists for two primary reasons. The first purpose of Voice for Life is to defend the inviolable right to life of every innocent human being. Our members seek to foster a culture of life at Johns Hopkins University and in the surrounding community. We also advocate for the right to life of the unborn through respectful and productive dialogues. The other essential purpose of Voice for Life is to support pregnant and parenting students by connecting them with resources that can help them achieve both short-term and long-term success. We also promote awareness of these resources within the university to inform the community of their benefits.

Wings is a nonprofit organization based in Baltimore that aims to improve menstrual hygiene and equity in the city. We provide free menstrual hygiene products to underprivileged members of the community, host educational workshops on menstrual, sexual, and women's health, and offer more sustainable alternatives to single-use menstrual products. In doing so, Wings hopes to break the social shame, stigma, and silence around menstruation to ultimately uplift, enable, and empower those in our communities.
