The Student Body President and the Cabinet have a primary goal of supporting all functions of SGA. This means that all Cabinet members are empowered to get involved with any aspect of SGA they desire, including helping Class Programming Councils, Senators, and introducing legislation to the Senate.

The Cabinet is often the first line of contact for administrators and has regular advisement from the LEED Office through weekly cabinet meetings and weekly one-on-one advisement meetings for each member.
