The Johns Hopkins Figure Skating club strives to provide skaters an opportunity to skate as a team each week, regardless of their level. Members can pursue their competitive goals as a collegiate skating team, train with coaches at Mount Pleasant Ice Arena, and work with each other to better their abilities as any athletic team strives to do.

Hopkins Sport Taekwondo Club (HST) aims to share Taekwondo with the entire campus community, attend tournaments and compete as a team in intercollegiate Taekwondo leagues, and create an inclusive, safe space for every member to learn, find support, set and achieve goals, and grow.

We offer free practices on campus and opportunities to compete regionally and nationally. As a member of our team, you can experience sparring and forms in both practice and competition. We offer the opportunity to belt test twice per semester. We also host socials every semester and often hang out and study together!

Following the original interpretation of Taekwondo (loosely ITF), Hopkins Taekwondo Club seeks to enrich its students through understanding of the mental, physical, and philosophical aspects of this Korean martial art. Becoming a member of JHOC means becoming an outdoor instructor, leading these adventures in the outdoors for your Hopkins peers. You do not have to be a member to participate in the outdoor trips! They are free and we would love for you to come! Members receive training in technical outdoors skills and leadership. Members will complete the Wilderness First Responder certification and have the option to attend trips teaching top rope climbing, white water canoeing, and outdoor leadership. Members are part of a close community committed to providing access to the outdoors to the entire Johns Hopkins student population.
