The JUMP Wellness Program strives to build a community that introduces and prioritizes wellness and supports members in adopting healthy habits.

It offers the opportunity to engage in peer-led activities and access resources that support the overall well-being of JUMP community members.

Domains of Wellness

The Wellness Program encourages awareness, self-care, and healthy decision-making. It will offer activities that alight with JHU's 8 Elements of Well-Being: Emotional & Mental, Professional, Spiritual, Sexual, Social, Environmental, Financial, and Physical. We aim to build a community that prioritizes wellness and supports others in practicing self-care.
