Johns Hopkins Public Safety

Johns Hopkins Public Safety is responsible for the oversight of security operations and investigations on the campuses of Johns Hopkins University and Johns Hopkins Medicine.

They offer a wide range of services including:
1. On-campus 24/7 presence
2. Officers Posted at key locations inside and outside of buildings
3. Escort Services
4. Communications Center


The GSA and the BSA recently had a conversation with the VP of Public Safety Dr. Branville Bard and the Senior Advisor of Public Safety Rodney Hill regarding updates to the JHPD.

LiveSafe App

You can also download the LiveSafe app which can provide real-time, two-way communication 24/7 between the Department of Corporate Security and members of the Johns Hopkins community when they are on the East Baltimore campus. To take advantage of the app, simply download LiveSafe from the App Store or Google Play. Register and fill out your profile.
