EVENT SPACE RESERVATIONS

 

Are you planning on hosting an event on campus? University has migrated to a cloud-based system called 25Live for requesting and scheduling all conference rooms, classrooms, and event spaces. You can find basic instructions for setting up Starred Locations, viewing calendars, and submitting room requests here.

  • You will receive a notification and receipt when your room request is confirmed, and you will be able to see your reservation on the calendar.
  • You can save rooms that you use often by making them Starred Locations. This will allow you to easily view room availability from your Dashboard without searching for those spaces.
  • You can look at availability for all of your Starred Locations at the same time to make it faster and easier to find a space.
